Here we are at Cunnamulla, where it all finished last year.
The mob is fed and our fearless leader (Dave G) has briefed the riders on tomorrows ride. 160kms ahead for the day with some rain expected.
Jersey’s handed out to riders, merch all sorted and training session complete.
Motivational music loaded on the ghetto blaster and we are ready for the adventure to begin. Townsville here we come!
All for a great cause, to help the homeless in Bendigo.
What a courageous, adventurous team of riders you are; battling the weather, sore limbs and exhaustion no doubt at the end of a long day.
Not unlike the homeless person actually, living on the street, courageous in their endeavours to survive the weather conditions, sore limbs from sleeping rough and exhaustion from keeping one eye open at night for fear of being attacked and their possessions stolen.
The MADCOW Cafe aims to provide some relief to the homeless person with meals, bedding, storage, a shower and much more.
Thank you for taking on this challenge, for the sake of others and thank you to the crew for providing what I can only imagine is exceptional hospitality to the riders. God Speed! Safe travels.
