The shortest day yet. 107kms but some challenging hills to keep the riders honest. A stop off at the Ju Ju’s lookout to break the ride.
Meeting some local characters along the way including Palmer and Norma at Balfe creek.
An early arrival meant time to sight see and relax ready for the last day.
Once again we were met by generous locals Frank and Sharon Beveridge who cooked up a feast for us all. The local laundromat also gave us a donation after we used their facility.
As we now approach the last day we begin to reflect on the ride and the friendships that have been forged.
‘Are we there yet’?
aAlmost…….cheering you all on from Madcow in Bendigo.
Remember endurance is the victory in Townsville. and in life, a heavenly victory.
Keep up the fantastic effort.
